! GLP SAFETY — MUST READ BEFORE ANY RESEARCH ⚠ WARNING
GLP Medication Safety: Important Rule-Outs and Cautions
⚠ START HERE — CLEARING THE MYTHS
Cancer: GLP medications do not cause cancer. A rodent-specific study (supraphysiologic doses) does not translate to humans. No credible human data supports this fear.
Pancreatitis: GLP meds do not directly cause pancreatitis in most people — risk is about pre-existing susceptibility (gallstones, high triglycerides, alcohol). New severe upper belly pain going to the back = pause & seek eval.
Arrhythmias: Some users notice elevated heart rate (mostly retatrutide). This is usually transient and dose-related — not a cardiac event. Monitor resting HR; titrate slowly. It is NOT the medication "damaging" your heart.
Key: These are rule-outs and cautions — not reasons to avoid. Understand who should avoid, watch the warning signs, and work with a provider who knows the research.
🚫 CLEARING UP THE BLINDNESS & CANCER SCARE

You have probably seen headlines saying GLP medications cause blindness or cancer. This is misleading — here is the actual picture:

  • Blindness (Non-Arteritic Ischemic Optic Neuropathy): The risk applies specifically to people who already have diabetic retinopathy or diabetic neuropathy — a pre-existing complication of uncontrolled diabetes. If you do not have diabetic neuropathy, this is not a concern for you. Losing weight and improving metabolic health through GLP research may actually reduce that risk long-term.
  • Cancer (Thyroid — specifically Medullary Thyroid Carcinoma): This applies only to people with a personal or family history of Medullary Thyroid Carcinoma (MTC) or Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia Type 2 (MEN 2). The general population does not carry this risk. It was observed in rodent studies at supraphysiological doses — there is no confirmed causal link in humans outside those two specific conditions.

Bottom line: If you do not have diabetic neuropathy, MTC history, or MEN 2 — these headlines do not apply to you. Always verify with your physician.

🩸 GET YOUR BLOOD WORK DONE FIRST

Before your pet kangaroo begins any research protocol — baseline blood work is non-negotiable. You cannot know if a compound is working, or if something needs attention, without knowing your starting numbers.

Key panels to run before starting: CBC, CMP, HbA1c, fasting insulin, lipid panel, TSH, free T3/T4, liver enzymes (AST/ALT), kidney function (creatinine, eGFR), and a full hormone panel. Your kangaroo deserves to know its numbers.

GLP-1 Muscle Loss Data

For research use only. Not medical advice. Not for human consumption. Consult a licensed physician before any protocol. Your kangaroo agrees.

⚠ THE RISKS YOU ARE ACCEPTING — READ THIS

Sourcing research compounds from the gray market means operating outside regulated pharmaceutical supply chains. Your gorilla, kangaroo, or pet of choice deserves to know what that means:

  • Purity is not guaranteed — unverified labs may underdose, overdose, or substitute compounds entirely.
  • No regulatory oversight — there is no FDA, no batch testing requirement, no recall system if something is wrong.
  • Legal gray area — research chemicals are legal to purchase for legitimate research purposes but laws vary by country and state. Know your jurisdiction.
  • Sterility risk — unlicensed manufacturing may not follow aseptic protocols. Always check for proper filtration (0.22 micron).
  • No recourse — if a vendor ships a bad batch, there is no consumer protection. You are on your own.
How to reduce the risk: Only buy from vendors with publicly posted third-party CoA (Certificate of Analysis) from accredited labs (Janssen, Sigma, verified HPLC). Blood work before and after. Start low, go slow. Never source from anonymous Telegram strangers.
🚨 HOW TO SPOT A FAKE VENDOR OR SCAM COA

Fraud in this space is rampant. These are the exact red flags that separate legitimate research suppliers from outright scammers:

🔴 Hidden shipping fee after orderLegitimate vendors show all costs upfront. Any vendor who contacts you after payment asking for an extra "customs fee," "insurance fee," or "release fee" to deliver your package is running a classic scam — cut contact immediately.
🔴 CoA with no accredited lab nameA real CoA lists the testing lab (not the vendor), the assay method (HPLC, MS), lot number, and date. A PDF with just a logo and "99% purity" and no lab details is fabricated.
🔴 No established community presenceTrusted vendors have years of verifiable reviews across Reddit (r/Peptides), Telegram research communities, and forums. Brand new accounts with no history and perfect reviews are planted.
🔴 Prices too far below marketBPC-157 at $8 or Tirzepatide at $20 is a red flag. Legitimate synthesis costs money. Suspiciously low pricing usually means underdosed, mislabeled, or counterfeit product.
🔴 Pressure to pay via crypto only with no receiptLegitimate vendors accept multiple payment methods and always issue order confirmations. Crypto-only with no paper trail is designed to make disputes impossible.
🔴 Telegram DMs offering "insider deals"Unsolicited DMs from strangers offering exclusive peptides, discounts, or "direct from lab" deals are overwhelmingly scams. Real vendors do not cold-message researchers.
Green flags of a trustworthy vendor: Publicly posted CoA links from named third-party labs · Active community reputation spanning 2 or more years · Responsive customer service before you pay · Clear return or reship policy · No pressure tactics · Transparent pricing including shipping shown at checkout.

🏥 WHEN FORCED TO — AFTER GOING TO YOUR DOCTOR

You did the right thing — you went to your doctor first. They either couldn't prescribe it, didn't know about it, or it's not available through licensed channels in your area. You've exhausted that route. If you are now considering gray market research compounds, here is how to do it as safely as possible:

Step 1 — Try telemedicine compounding pharmacies first Before going gray market, exhaust every licensed option: Defy Medical, Olympia Pharmacy, Empower Pharmacy, and similar compounding pharmacies work with telemedicine doctors who understand peptides. Many peptides (BPC-157, TB-500, CJC-1295, Ipamorelin, Semaglutide) are accessible this way legally in the US. It costs more but you get pharmaceutical-grade product with a real Rx.
Step 2 — Only use vendors with verifiable third-party COAs No COA = no purchase. The COA must name an accredited independent lab (Janoshik, Janssen, Sigma, PPL, or similar), include an HPLC or MS test method, a lot number, and a test date. Cross-reference the lot number directly on the lab's website where possible. Never accept a vendor-issued COA — that means they tested their own product.
Step 3 — Run baseline blood work before you start Get a full panel before your first pin: CBC, CMP, lipids, liver enzymes (AST/ALT), kidney function, HbA1c, fasting insulin, TSH, and a hormone panel. This is your baseline. If something looks off after starting, you have a reference point. Without it you're flying blind.
Step 4 — Start at the lowest published dose, go slow Whatever the lowest dose in any study or protocol is — start at half of that. Give your body 1–2 weeks before evaluating. Peptides are not steroids; most work subtly. Chasing a high dose out of impatience is how people scare themselves. The protocol pages on this site show conservative starting doses — use those.
Step 5 — Reconstitute correctly and store properly Use sterile bacteriostatic water (BAC water). Inject BAC water slowly down the side of the vial — never directly onto the powder. Swirl gently, never shake. Store reconstituted peptides refrigerated at 2–8°C. Never freeze a reconstituted vial. Use the Reconstitution Calculator on this site to get exact draw amounts.
Step 6 — Recheck blood work at 6–8 weeks Repeat the panels that are relevant to what you're running. GLP-1 peptides: recheck HbA1c, fasting insulin, lipids. Growth hormone peptides: IGF-1, glucose, insulin. Healing peptides (BPC, TB-500): liver enzymes, kidney function. Compare to your baseline. Keep records. Bring them to your next doctor visit.
Remember: Going gray market is a last resort after exhausting legal options and doing your own due diligence. You are taking personal responsibility for your own research. This community exists to help you do that as safely and informedly as possible — not to replace your doctor.

▶ WATCH FIRST — Why Blood Work Matters for Researchers
This video covers why you should be transparent with your doctor about your research, why a full comprehensive blood panel is essential before starting any protocol, and how to use at-home testing every 1–3 months as a follow-up monitoring tool.
🩸 Step 1: Full panel with your doctor first
📅 Step 2: At-home follow-up every 1–3 months

Nothing here constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified medical professional before making any health decisions.
My Personal Protocol — How I Did It
I started by going to my doctor with the comprehensive letter templates below — these are full panels covering metabolic health, insulin resistance, hormones, inflammation, fatty liver, and more. That first full panel showed me exactly what I was dealing with. I did my research based on those results, made changes, and started my protocols.

After that foundation was set, I use Rythm Health every 1–3 months to track whether I'm progressing or declining — without needing a doctor visit every time. It's not a replacement for the full panel, it's a monitoring tool for after you already know your baseline.

Ask Your Doctor to Add: Thyroid Panel
Thyroid issues (hypo/hyperthyroidism) can mimic or worsen symptoms people often blame on peptides — fatigue, weight changes, mood, heart rate. If it's not already included in your panel, ask your doctor to add:
• TSH (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone)
• Free T3
• Free T4
• Thyroid Antibodies (TPO/TgAb) — if family history of thyroid disease
🍬
Ask Your Doctor to Add: Insulin Resistance Panel
Insulin resistance can drive fat gain, cravings, and energy crashes — and it's often missed on a standard panel because fasting glucose alone can look "normal." If it's not already included, ask your doctor to add:
• Fasting Insulin
• Fasting Glucose
• HbA1c (3-month average blood sugar)
• HOMA-IR (calculated from fasting glucose + insulin)
🔥
Ask Your Doctor to Add: Inflammation Panel
Chronic inflammation can affect recovery, gut health, joints, and how well your body responds to peptides. If it's not already included, ask your doctor to add:
• hs-CRP (high-sensitivity C-Reactive Protein)
• ESR (Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate)
• Homocysteine
Ask Your Doctor to Add: Testosterone & Hormone Panel
Low testosterone is one of the most overlooked drivers of muscle loss, fatigue, low libido, poor recovery, brain fog, and mood changes — in both men and women. A standard panel often skips this entirely. Ask your doctor to add:
• Total Testosterone
• Free Testosterone
• SHBG (Sex Hormone Binding Globulin)
• LH (Luteinizing Hormone)
• FSH (Follicle Stimulating Hormone)
• Estradiol (E2)
• DHEA-S
• Prolactin
Optimal ranges (men): Total T 600–900 ng/dL · Free T 15–25 pg/mL · E2 20–30 pg/mL
Optimal ranges (women): Total T 15–70 ng/dL · Free T 1–5 pg/mL · E2 varies by cycle phase
🟢
Ask Your Doctor to Add: Liver Panel
Many peptides (and underlying issues like fatty liver) are processed through the liver, so a baseline liver panel helps your doctor catch problems early and track changes over time. If not already included, ask for:
• ALT (Alanine Aminotransferase)
• AST (Aspartate Aminotransferase)
• ALP (Alkaline Phosphatase)
• GGT (Gamma-Glutamyl Transferase)
• Total & Direct Bilirubin
• Albumin
• Total Protein

BENFOTIAMINE — FAT-SOLUBLE VITAMIN B1
ESSENTIAL FOR GLP-1 USERS · INSULIN RESISTANCE · NERVE PROTECTION · AGE BLOCKER
AMAZON'S CHOICE TAP TO EXPAND ▼
💉 WHY GLP-1 USERS NEED BENFOTIAMINE
GLP-1 agonists (Tirzepatide, Retatrutide, Semaglutide) work by dramatically reducing appetite and caloric intake. The problem: when you eat significantly less food, you absorb far fewer B vitamins — including Thiamine (B1).

Benfotiamine is the fat-soluble, bioavailable form of B1 — it penetrates cell membranes 3.6× more efficiently than regular thiamine tablets. For GLP-1 users experiencing nausea, vomiting, or severe calorie restriction, Thiamine deficiency is a real and documented risk.
• Calorie restriction on GLP-1s depletes dietary B1 fast
• Severe nausea/vomiting during GLP-1 use further blocks absorption
• B1 deficiency causes fatigue, brain fog, nerve tingling, cardiac stress
• Fat-soluble form (Benfotiamine) works where regular B1 can't reach
• Supports mitochondrial energy production — key when eating less
🍬 WHY INSULIN RESISTANCE PEOPLE NEED BENFOTIAMINE
When blood sugar stays chronically elevated (insulin resistance, pre-diabetes, type 2), your body produces Advanced Glycation End Products (AGEs) — these are toxic compounds formed when excess glucose reacts with proteins and fats. AGEs damage nerves, blood vessels, kidneys, and eyes over time.

Benfotiamine is one of the only supplements proven to directly block 3 of the 4 major pathways through which high blood sugar causes cellular damage — the polyol pathway, the hexosamine pathway, and PKC activation. It does this by activating transketolase, which redirects excess glucose away from these damaging routes.
• Blocks AGE formation — stops glucose from damaging cells
• Protects peripheral nerves from glucose toxicity (neuropathy prevention)
• Activates transketolase → redirects glucose to the pentose phosphate pathway
• Studies: 600mg/day significantly reduces AGE markers in diabetics
• Helps reduce diabetic peripheral neuropathy symptoms (tingling, burning)
• Works synergistically with Berberine, Alpha Lipoic Acid, and Metformin
DOSE

🍌 Resistant Starch — Natural GLP-1 & PYY Booster
Resistant starch acts like a fermentable fiber — your small intestine can't digest it, so it travels to the large intestine where gut bacteria ferment it. That fermentation triggers the L-cells lining your gut to release more of your body's own GLP-1 and PYY, hormones that help regulate blood sugar and appetite.
Cook & Chill (Retrograde Starch)
Cook white rice, pasta, potatoes, or sweet potatoes as normal. Let cool to room temp, then refrigerate 12–24 hours before eating. This converts digestible starch into resistant starch — it stays resistant even if reheated.
Raw / Uncooked Starch
Unmodified potato starch, green (unripe) banana flour, or high-amylose maize starch are naturally resistant in their raw form — never cook them. Stir 1–2 tablespoons into cold foods like smoothies, yogurt, or overnight oats.
⚠ Caution: Start with just 1 tablespoon daily and increase gradually — too much too fast can cause bloating or gas.
Where to Get It
MRM Organic Green Banana Powder — Amazon (raw resistant starch, stir into smoothies/yogurt)
Dr. Mercola Resistant Starch Complex — Amazon (unflavored prebiotic resistant starch powder)
🥛 Lactoferrin — Fat Loss, Immune & Iron Support
Lactoferrin is an iron-binding protein found in milk and other body fluids, well known for its role in immune defense and iron metabolism. Research has also found benefits for visceral fat reduction, cancer-related pathways, and iron status — particularly in women.
Visceral Fat Loss
Dose: ~300mg daily (commonly split into 2 servings)
• A randomized controlled trial found that daily lactoferrin supplementation reduced visceral and subcutaneous fat area in subjects with visceral fat accumulation over 8 weeks.
Anti-Cancer Properties
• Lactoferrin has been shown to act selectively against cancer cells while sparing healthy cells, through mechanisms including immune modulation, anti-angiogenic effects, and direct interference with cancer cell growth and metastasis — with a strong safety profile across studies.
Essential for Female Athletes & Pregnancy — Gentle Iron Optimization
Gentle Iron Optimization: Lactoferrin delivers iron through receptor-mediated uptake in the intestine, allowing the body to absorb iron more efficiently without the GI distress (constipation, nausea, cramping) commonly caused by traditional ferrous sulfate supplements.

Combating Inflammation: By binding free iron, lactoferrin helps lower inflammatory markers like IL-6 and prevents iron from being "trapped" by inflammation — a major cause of inflammation-related anemia.

Women, Pregnancy & Athletes: Clinical research shows lactoferrin is as effective as traditional iron supplements for treating anemia and improving iron status in pregnant women, while being significantly better tolerated — making it a strong option for women, female athletes, and pregnant women managing iron needs and inflammation.
📋 8-WEEK LACTOFERRIN PROTOCOL (Fat Loss / Immune Support)
Dose: 240–300 mg/day · Take on an empty stomach (30 min before meals)
Duration: 8 weeks continuous — the fat loss RCT used this exact window
Timing: Morning dose preferred · Split into 2x daily if GI sensitive
Form: Bovine lactoferrin (apo-lactoferrin) · Look for ≥95% purity
Stack notes: Pairs well with iron panel bloodwork before/after · Avoid taking with high-iron foods at same time
🟡 TUDCA — Bile Support During Rapid Weight Loss
TUDCA (Tauroursodeoxycholic acid) is a water-soluble bile acid that supports liver health, helps break down dietary fats, and promotes metabolic wellness. While not a magic weight loss pill, research suggests it may aid weight management by improving insulin sensitivity, reducing cellular stress, and supporting the gut microbiome.
⚠ Rapid weight loss — whether from GLP-1 medications, starvation/crash dieting, or any aggressive weight loss trend — attacks muscle tissue and can cause over-production of bile. This is when TUDCA support is most useful.
How TUDCA Interacts with Bile and Weight Loss
Fat Emulsification: As a bile salt, TUDCA helps break down fats in the small intestine, allowing the body to better utilize dietary fats and absorb fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K).

Insulin Regulation: Obesity often triggers endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress in cells, which can lead to insulin resistance. TUDCA acts as a chemical chaperone, relieving this stress, which in turn helps improve insulin sensitivity and the body's ability to clear excess insulin from the bloodstream.

Metabolism: Some research suggests that certain bile acids can influence the hypothalamus to promote feelings of fullness and suppress appetite.

Synergy with Ox Bile: Because TUDCA is primarily used to stimulate bile flow and protect the liver, it does not supply the full spectrum of digestive enzymes needed for heavy fat digestion. Many people pair it with Ox Bile supplements to comprehensively support fat malabsorption issues.
Dosage & Considerations
Dose: 500–1500mg daily, often divided into multiple intakes
• Generally well-tolerated, though high doses can occasionally cause mild GI symptoms like diarrhea, nausea, or abdominal discomfort.

🌶️ Acid Reflux & Esophagus Support
For GERD/acid reflux, the goal is to reduce acid exposure, support the protective mucus layer of the esophagus, and promote healing. Supplements may provide symptom relief but do not replace evaluation for severe reflux, difficulty swallowing, unexplained weight loss, vomiting blood, or long-standing symptoms.
Alginate Raft (e.g. RefluxRaft)
• Reacts with stomach acid to form a floating gel raft that reduces reflux
• Use after meals and before bed
• Good for GERD, silent reflux (LPR), throat irritation
⚠ High-sodium formulas: use caution with uncontrolled high blood pressure, heart failure, or kidney disease. Separate from medications by at least 2 hours.
Aloe Vera Liquid (e.g. Lily of the Desert)
Dose: 1–2oz once or twice daily before meals
• May soothe irritated esophageal/stomach lining
• Contains polysaccharides that may support the mucosal barrier
⚠ Avoid non-purified aloe latex (can cause diarrhea/electrolyte disturbances). Use caution with diabetes meds, diuretics, digoxin, and blood thinners.
Slippery Elm
Dose: 400–500mg capsules, 3–4x daily, before meals/bed
• Mucilage coats throat and esophagus, providing a protective barrier
⚠ Separate from all medications/supplements by at least 2 hours. Use caution with diabetes medications.
Deglycyrrhizinated Licorice (DGL)
Dose: 380–760mg chewable, 20 minutes before meals
• Stimulates protective mucus production for heartburn, gastritis, mucosal protection
⚠ DGL has glycyrrhizin removed so it's safer than regular licorice, but use caution with BP medications, diuretics, kidney disease, or pregnancy. Avoid regular licorice root with hypertension.
Zinc Carnosine
Dose: 37.5mg twice daily with meals
• Supports stomach/intestinal mucosal healing
⚠ Long-term high zinc may reduce copper levels. Separate from certain antibiotics and thyroid medications.
Lifestyle Support
• Avoid eating 2–3 hours before lying down
• Elevate the head of the bed for nighttime reflux
• Reduce trigger foods (alcohol, large fatty meals, chocolate, mint, spicy foods)
• Weight reduction can significantly improve reflux in overweight individuals
🥩 Protein & Muscle Preservation (Especially on GLP-1s)
Best Option: Whole Food Protein
If you can reach your daily protein goal from food, additional supplements aren't necessary. Examples: chicken, fish, eggs, Greek yogurt, lean beef, cottage cheese.
If You Can't Reach Protein Goals: Whey Protein
Dose: 20–40g per serving
Good brands: Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey · Transparent Labs Grass Fed Whey · Dymatize ISO100. Best used after exercise, between meals, or when appetite is low from GLP-1 medications.
Essential Amino Acids (EAA)
Use if: you can't tolerate enough protein, very low appetite, fasting but want to preserve muscle, or struggle to eat enough.
Dose: 10–15g daily, especially around training
Good brands: Kion Aminos · Transparent Labs Vitality EAA · NutraBio EAA
BCAA vs EAA
EAA is superior to BCAA. BCAA only contains leucine, isoleucine, and valine — EAA contains all nine essential amino acids required for muscle protein synthesis.
Recommendation: Food protein → Whey/protein shake → EAA → BCAA (generally unnecessary if protein/EAA intake is adequate)
Simple GLP-1 Muscle & Reflux Support Stack
Morning: Protein shake if unable to meet protein goals · Aloe vera liquid if it helps
Before meals: DGL chewable · Slippery elm
After meals / before bed: RefluxRaft alginate barrier
Evening: Magnesium glycinate for sleep · EAA if protein intake is very low or after training
😵‍💫 "Wired" Feeling & Anxiety Support
L-Glycine
Dose: 1,000–3,000mg, often taken in the evening
• Studied for promoting a calmer, "less wired" feeling and supporting sleep quality
L-Theanine
Dose: 200–400mg, as needed for anxiety/stress
• Studied for promoting calm focus without sedation, often paired with caffeine to reduce jitteriness
GLYNAC — GLYCINE + N-ACETYLCYSTEINE (NAC)
MITOCHONDRIAL POWERHOUSE · GLUTATHIONE PRECURSOR · ANTI-AGING · NAD+ SUPPORT
STANFORD STUDIED

GlyNAC is the combination of Glycine and N-Acetylcysteine (NAC) — two amino acid derivatives that together dramatically raise glutathione (your master antioxidant) and support mitochondrial function. A 2022 Baylor College of Medicine/Stanford trial showed GlyNAC supplementation produced some of the most remarkable anti-aging results ever measured in humans — reversing biological markers of aging by years within weeks.

⚡ MITOCHONDRIAL FUNCTION
GlyNAC improves mitochondrial fuel oxidation, membrane potential, and electron transport chain efficiency. In the Stanford trial, mitochondrial function improved by ~36% in older adults — directly measurable.
🛡️ GLUTATHIONE SYNTHESIS
Glutathione (GSH) is your body's master antioxidant — critical for detox, immune function, and cellular protection. NAC provides cysteine (the rate-limiting precursor) and glycine provides the glycine component. GlyNAC raised GSH levels by ~100% in older adults in 24 weeks.
🔋 NAD+ & ENERGY METABOLISM
GlyNAC supports mitochondrial NAD+ levels by reducing oxidative stress that consumes NADH. Works synergistically with NMN/NR. Glycine is also a key substrate in the folate cycle that supports methylation and mitochondrial 1-carbon metabolism.
💪 MUSCLE STRENGTH & COGNITION
The Baylor/Stanford trial showed significant improvements in grip strength, gait speed, exercise capacity, and cognitive function in older adults taking GlyNAC — consistent with reduced mitochondrial decline and oxidative damage in muscle and neural tissue.
🔬 WHAT EACH COMPONENT DOES
GLYCINE
  • One of 3 amino acids that make glutathione
  • Anti-inflammatory (calms mTOR)
  • Supports collagen synthesis & sleep quality
  • Rate-limiting for glutathione in aging
  • 1–3g/day calming effect (L-Theanine analog)
NAC (N-ACETYLCYSTEINE)
  • Provides cysteine — the rate-limiting GSH precursor
  • Breaks up mucus (used in hospitals for lung support)
  • Antidote for acetaminophen overdose (GSH depletion)
  • Studied for addiction, OCD, COPD, fertility
  • Mucolytic + antioxidant dual mechanism
💊 DOSING PROTOCOL
Glycine: 1.8–3g/day (morning or evening)
NAC: 600–1200mg/day
Combined: GlyNAC products often use a 1:1 to 2:1 Glycine:NAC ratio
Timing: Morning with food; NAC taken away from exercise (antioxidant blunting concern)
Duration: Stanford trial ran 24 weeks; long-term use studied safely
🔗 SYNERGISTIC STACK
+ NMN or NR — boosted NAD+ works alongside mitochondrial GSH
+ Benfotiamine — B1 supports mitochondrial energy (complements GlyNAC perfectly)
+ CoQ10 — electron transport chain support
+ Magnesium Glycinate — glycine + magnesium for sleep and neuro
+ SS-31 peptide — advanced mito membrane protection
📊 STANFORD / BAYLOR TRIAL KEY FINDINGS (24 WEEKS)
↑ Glutathione ~100% ↑ Mitochondrial function ~36% ↑ Muscle strength & gait speed ↓ Oxidative stress markers ↑ Cognitive function scores ↓ Inflammation (CRP, IL-6)

Older participants on GlyNAC showed biological aging reversal on par with being years younger in measurable biomarkers — grip strength, VO2 improvements, oxidative stress reduction, and glutathione restoration all improved significantly versus placebo.

→ PMC8876608: GlyNAC Supplementation in Older Adults — Baylor/Stanford Trial
⚠️ NOTES
NAC is best taken away from intense exercise — antioxidants taken immediately around training may blunt hormetic adaptations. Glycine has a strong safety profile; NAC is generally safe at recommended doses but avoid very high doses (>3g/day) without medical oversight. NAC + insulin-sensitizing compounds (berberine, metformin) may have additive blood sugar lowering — monitor if diabetic.

🧪 RESEARCH ZINC & ITS TYPES — CHEATSHEET
Zinc and Its Types
🛡️ GUT HEALTH THE GUARDIAN — GUT HEALING & LARAZOTIDE DEEP DIVE
The Guardian — Complete Gut Healing & Protection
BPC-157 repairs & regenerates the gut lining, KPV calms inflammation (IBD/IBS/Colitis), and Larazotide Acetate targets the zonulin pathway to tighten junctions and seal "leaky gut" — supported by Zinc Carnosine & a Zinc Ionophore (Quercetin/EGCG) for absorption and barrier integrity.

Larazotide is also being investigated for Long COVID — reducing viral particles/spike antigen leaking from the gut into the bloodstream and lowering systemic inflammation.
The Guardian — Complete Gut Healing & Protection
Mechanism: Larazotide blocks the zonulin receptor, preventing the breakdown of tight junctions in the gut lining. It stops gluten, viral particles, and other triggers from increasing intestinal permeability ("leaky gut").

Celiac Disease: Studied as an adjunct to a gluten-free diet — reduces abdominal pain, bloating, diarrhea, headaches, and fatigue during accidental gluten exposure. Phase 3 trial discontinued; not FDA-approved.

Long COVID: Ongoing clinical trials (Harvard/Mass General) testing whether larazotide can reduce spike protein leaking from the gut into the blood, lowering systemic inflammation and Long COVID symptoms.

MIS-C: Explored under compassionate use to restore mucosal barrier function and lower Spike antigen levels in children with severe inflammatory responses.
🦠 VIRAL PROTOCOL DR. ZELENKO — VIRAL DEFENSE PROTOCOL & SUPPLEMENTS
Dr. Vladimir Zelenko — Early Viral Treatment Philosophy
Many ssRNA viruses — COVID-19, Influenza, RSV, Hantavirus, Ebola, Marburg — rely on RNA-dependent RNA polymerase (RdRp) to replicate. Zinc may interfere with this process, but needs to enter the cell. Zinc ionophores (EGCG, Quercetin, Hydroxychloroquine, Ivermectin) help transport zinc into cells.

Key principle: early action — ideally within the first 5 days — before cytokine storm develops. Always get annual bloodwork to check for deficiencies like Vitamin D. Research and verify everything yourself.

Autopsy studies and independent researchers have documented that spike protein from both COVID-19 infection and mRNA vaccination can persist in tissue and circulation. Spike protein has been linked in research to endothelial damage, micro-clotting, myocarditis, and suppression of tumor-suppressor gene p53 — a proposed mechanism in so-called "turbo cancers." Getting your antibody levels tested via Labcorp Test #164090 gives you a measurable baseline. Nicotine patches have also been studied as a potential blocker of spike protein binding to ACE2 receptors in long COVID contexts.

WHY WE DO NOT ADVOCATE FOR USE
Peptides are investigational compounds. The majority have not been approved by the FDA or any regulatory body for human use outside of controlled clinical trials. We cannot and do not recommend that anyone self-administer, purchase, or use these substances.

Providing a calculator is not an endorsement. It is the same reason a chemistry textbook includes measurement tables — knowledge is not permission. Every individual is solely responsible for their own decisions, and those decisions should be made with a licensed physician.
For educational & research reference only · Not medical advice
🧪
WHY LABS NEED THIS TOOL
Research laboratories working with lyophilized peptides face a precise reconstitution problem every time they open a new vial. Getting the BAC water volume wrong by even a small margin shifts every downstream concentration and dose — corrupting entire experimental runs and wasting expensive compounds.

Labs use calculators like this to:
Confirm the correct solvent volume per vial weight (mg)
Calculate concentration in mcg/unit or mg/mL for precise pipetting
Standardize dosing across multiple vials or batches
Cross-check manual math before running in-vivo or in-vitro protocols
Precision reconstitution is the foundation of reproducible research

📖 HOW TO USE THIS CALCULATOR
1 Pick your blend — tap KLOW or GLOW above. The composition and total mg loads automatically.
2 Enter your BAC water volume in mL — this is how much bacteriostatic water you're adding to the vial when you reconstitute.
3 Enter how many units (IU) you want to draw on your insulin syringe. The table instantly shows you the exact dose (mcg) you'll be getting of each individual peptide in that draw.
💡 Standard starting point: 2 mL BAC water is a common reconstitution volume. Drawing 10 units on a U-100 syringe = 0.1 mL = 5% of the total vial per injection.

PENS VS. INSULIN NEEDLES — WHEN DO I USE WHICH?
For my research · For my Glowrilla · Click to expand
Pens vs Insulin Needles
💊 WHEN I USE MY PENS
HIGHER TOTAL MG + REPEATED USE OVER WEEKS
✅ High total mg in one pen lasts me weeks.
✅ Convenience, consistency, and accuracy.
✅ Pre-measured, easy, and discreet dosing.
✅ Specific research peptides already in pen format.
MY PEN RESEARCH (HIGH TOTAL MG)
GLOW (GHK-Cu) — 70 MG
Skin health · Anti-aging · Collagen support
KLOW (Klow Stack) — 80 MG
BPC + TB500 · GHK-Cu healing · Recovery
TESA (Tesamorelin) — 30 MG
Fat loss · Metabolic support · Growth hormone modulation
KPV — 30 MG
Gut repair · Anti-inflammatory · Healing recovery
MOTSC (MOTS-C) — 40 MG
Metabolic health · Energy · Mitochondrial support
I use pens when the total MG is HIGH and I will use it repeatedly over weeks. It makes sense. It lasts.
🩹 WHEN I USE INSULIN NEEDLES
LOW TOTAL MG + SHORTER USE OR FAST EXPIRATION
✅ Low total mg (10 mg or less).
✅ Used up quickly or expires fast after reconstitution.
✅ Preparing a pen would be pointless or a waste.
✅ GLP research dosed ONCE PER WEEK.
✅ Simple, efficient — no need to remake cartridges.
MY NEEDLE RESEARCH (LOW TOTAL MG – 10 MG EACH)
KPV — 10 MG
Gut repair · Anti-inflammatory · Healing
BPC-157 — 10 MG
Tissue repair · Healing · Recovery
TB-500 — 10 MG
Tissue repair · Recovery · Flexibility
SS-31 — 10 MG
Mitochondrial health · Cellular protection
MOTSC — 10 MG
Metabolic health · Energy · Mitochondrial support
I use needles when the total MG is LOW or I will use it quickly. No need to waste time preparing a pen.
💊 GLP RESEARCH — DOSED ONCE PER WEEK
Example: Retatrutide
✅ Dosed once per week.
✅ No need to prepare a pen.
✅ Use a fresh insulin needle each week.
🧠 HOW I DECIDE
LOW TOTAL MG (10mg or less)
OR will expire fast / used quickly
→ USE NEEDLES
HIGH TOTAL MG (30mg or more)
AND used over multiple weeks
→ USE PENS
⚠️ Research purposes only. Not for human consumption. Know the rules. Verify COAs every batch. You are responsible for your research. Make informed decisions, not blind trusts.

How To Switch Between Retatrutide & Tirzepatide Safely
Either direction · Washout timing · Restarting your titration
▼ Expand
⚠ For Educational Purposes Only — Not Medical Advice
This is general research-based information, not a protocol to follow on your own. Always talk to your prescribing doctor before switching medications.
🧬 Why It's Not a 1:1 Swap
Tirzepatide is a dual GIP/GLP-1 agonist. Retatrutide is a triple agonist (GLP-1/GIP/glucagon) and tends to be more potent at comparable mg doses, partly due to the added glucagon activity. Their milligram doses are not interchangeable — switching at your old "maintenance" number on the new compound can mean a much stronger effective dose than intended.
⏳ Respect The Half-Life Before Switching
Both compounds have roughly similar half-lives (~5 days for Tirzepatide, ~6 days for Retatrutide), which is why both are typically dosed weekly. The common approach researchers use is to simply replace your next scheduled weekly dose with the new compound — rather than running both at the same time, which stacks side effects and overlapping receptor activity.
📉 Restart At A Low Dose — Don't Jump To Your Old Number
Tirzepatide → Retatrutide: Start Reta low (commonly 2–4mg) even if you were at a high Tirz dose — Reta's added glucagon agonism increases GI side effect risk at equivalent mg.

Retatrutide → Tirzepatide: You can usually move slightly faster since Tirz lacks the glucagon component, but still restart near a low-to-mid titration step (commonly 2.5–5mg) rather than your old Reta mg number.
🩺 Watch For Stacked Side Effects During The Switch Window
Nausea, reflux, and GI slowdown can overlap if the switch is rushed. Give the prior compound's effects time to taper (roughly 1–2 weeks past your last dose) before starting the new one at a low dose, especially if you experienced strong side effects on the first compound.
⚡ The Formula
1. Let the old compound's weekly cycle finish naturally  ·  2. Start the new compound at its own low starting dose  ·  3. Titrate up slowly on its own schedule  ·  4. Track side effects & bloodwork  ·  5. Never run both at full dose simultaneously

Introduction to Quranic healing, who it's for, and how to start your own ruqyah practice.
▶ WATCH
وَإِذَا مَرِضْتُ فَهُوَ يَشْفِينِ
"And when I am ill, it is He who cures me."
SURAH ASH-SHU'ARA · QURAN 26:80
☽ GOD IS WHO CURES · TAP TO SEE
God is the Curer — Quran 26:80
7 INTENTIONS IN YOUR HEART
WHEN DOING RUQYAH FOR A CURE
🤲 O ALLAH CURE ME FROM:
1 Every SIHR (black magic) that affects me
2 Every AYN (evil eye) that affects me
3 Every MASS (jinn possession) inside me
4 Every WASWAAS conditioning — evil whispers from jinn or men — that affects me
5 Any other illness that I am suffering from
🔥 ALSO ASK ALLAH TO BURN AND DESTROY:
6 BURN, DESTROY or KILL every jinnee inside my body that affects me
7 BURN or DESTROY every external Sihr Network — and every external Hasd Network — that I'm connected to, so that I can worship You properly again
📿 HOW TO RECITE

Recite Surah Al-Falaq and Surah An-Naas in pairs of 7 — holding these intentions in your heart. After every 7 pairs, blow into your hands and wipe your face, your body, or both. These intentions are for the purpose of cure — to get back to worshipping Allah properly.

▶ LISTEN TO THIS WITH THE 7 INTENTIONS IN YOUR HEART

Recite along — if you know it. If you don't, recite what you do know of Surah Al-Fatiha, Surah An-Naas, and Surah Al-Falaq.

📅 DAILY RUQYAH PROGRAMME

Do this every day — 1 hour a day broken down into:

Three 20-minute sessions
or
Two 30-minute sessions
or
One full hour session

You'll know you're cured when you stop reacting to ruqyah diagnosis — check each month by making those intentions to diagnose yourself.

💧 RECITE INTO WATER, HONEY, OLIVE OIL & BLACK SEED OIL
💧 Water — drink daily & pour into bath
🍯 Honey — consume with the water
🫒 Olive Oil — rub on body before bed (Quran works on you through the night)
🌿 Black Seed Oil — ingest with water/honey
⚠️ DISCLAIMER: If you suffer from low blood pressure, do NOT ingest the black seed oil as it lowers your blood pressure. Simply drink the olive oil instead.
🛁 THE RUQYAH BATH

You will drink the recited water daily. Pour some of the ruqyah water into a bath and wash yourself — or simply pour it over your body in your bedroom. Lock your door and bathe yourself with the intention of cleaning off the sihr traces, the evil eye traces, and the external networks connecting you to the perpetrator. Rub the olive oil on your body before bed so the Quran is working on you throughout the night.

🔍 DIAGNOSIS PROTOCOL

Recite the following verses slowly while placing your right hand on the area of pain or discomfort. Pay attention to reactions — twitching, yawning, crying, pain shifting — these indicate affliction:

  • Surah Al-Fatiha (1:1–7)
  • Ayatul Kursi (2:255)
  • Surah Al-Falaq (113)
  • Surah An-Naas (114)
  • Surah Al-Ikhlas (112) × 3
  • 2:102 — sihr detection verse
  • 7:117–122 — Musa & the magicians
If you feel nothing after a calm, focused recitation, repeat on separate days before concluding no affliction is present.
📅 TREATMENT SCHEDULE
Minimum 1 Hour Per Day
Option A: 3 × 20-minute sessions (morning, afternoon, evening)
Option B: 2 × 30-minute sessions (morning & evening)
  • Recite with headphones or speaker directly on body
  • Listen to ruqyah audio while reciting yourself
  • Do sidr bath weekly (see below)
  • Black seed oil — 3 teaspoons daily in honey/water
  • Zamzam water if available — recite over & drink
  • Read morning & evening adhkar without fail
  • Minimum 40-day consistent programme
👁 5 WAYS JINN POSSESS HUMANS
1
Through Sihr (Black Magic)
A jinn is sent by a sorcerer (sahir) to afflict a specific person via magic spell
2
Through the Evil Eye (Ayn)
The envious gaze from a person weakens the victim, opening a door for jinn entry
3
Through Love/Obsession (Jinn Love)
A jinn becomes obsessed with a human and enters out of desire or jealousy
4
Through Harm / Revenge
Jinn enter to take revenge — e.g. after accidentally harming or angering a jinn (pouring hot water, stepping on them)
5
Through Extreme Emotional States
Intense fear, grief, or rage can weaken spiritual defences, allowing jinn to enter during vulnerable moments

ALWAYS PAIR HIGH-DOSE D3 WITH K2 MK-7 High-dose Vitamin D3 significantly increases calcium absorption. Without K2, that calcium can deposit in your arteries instead of your bones — a process called arterial calcification. K2 (specifically the MK-7 form, 100–200 mcg/day) activates Matrix Gla Protein (MGP), which actively prevents calcium from building up in soft tissue and vessel walls. Never take high-dose D3 without K2 MK-7.
⚠️
COAGULATION WARNING — READ BEFORE TAKING K2 K2 (Vitamin K) plays a direct role in the blood clotting cascade. If you are on warfarin (Coumadin), heparin, or any Vitamin K antagonist anticoagulant, adding K2 will reduce your medication's effectiveness and can raise your clotting risk — this is a serious drug interaction. Do not take K2 if you are on anticoagulant therapy without consulting your physician first. If you have a diagnosed clotting disorder (DVT, Factor V Leiden, antiphospholipid syndrome, etc.), speak to your doctor before adding any form of Vitamin K supplementation. For individuals not on anticoagulant medications, K2 MK-7 at 100–200 mcg does not cause clotting problems in otherwise healthy people.

🔬 DO PEPTIDES CAUSE CANCER?
⚠️ GLP MEDICATION MYTHS & SAFETY FACTS
🔬 PEPTIDE MYTHS — WHAT PEOPLE GET WRONG
✅ ACCURATE INFORMATION — WHAT THE RESEARCH ACTUALLY SAYS
🧪
DMSO (DIMETHYL SULFOXIDE) — THE HIDDEN MIRACLE COMPOUND

A cheap, unpatentable byproduct of wood pulp manufacturing. Penetrates skin and carries other molecules straight into the bloodstream. Studied extensively — never mainstream because it can't make pharma money.

🦠 CANCER (EXPERIMENTAL)
Forces cancer cells to differentiate into normal cells. 30% Vit C + 95% DMSO topically → ~90% effective on basal cell carcinoma in 2022 trial. IV studied in leukemia, solid tumors.
🚚 DELIVERY VEHICLE
Penetrates skin + blood-brain barrier in minutes. Drags Vitamin C, peptides, anti-inflammatories with it. Transdermal = no needle required for local delivery.
✅ FDA APPROVED FOR
Interstitial cystitis (painful bladder syndrome) — 50% DMSO solution instilled directly into the bladder. The only approved use, but research spans 100+ other conditions.
⚠️ SAFETY RULES
CLEAN SKIN ONLY — it carries everything. No soaps, cosmetics, fragrances before applying. Use pharmaceutical grade 99.9% only. Garlic breath = normal (dimethyl sulfide metabolite).

GLP-1 & Autoimmune / Rheumatic Disease
RA • lupus • psoriasis • IBD • emerging research

GLP-1 receptor agonists were developed for metabolic disease — but their anti-inflammatory and immune-modulating properties extend far beyond blood sugar and weight. Emerging evidence suggests significant benefits for rheumatic and autoimmune conditions.

🔬 HOW GLP-1 MODULATES IMMUNITY
  • ↓ Suppresses TNF-α, IL-6, IL-1β, IL-17 — main drivers of autoimmune joint destruction
  • ↓ Reduces NF-κB signaling — the master inflammatory switch
  • ↑ Shifts macrophages from pro-inflammatory (M1) to anti-inflammatory (M2)
  • ↓ Lowers CRP, ESR and other inflammatory markers measurable on bloodwork
🦴 RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS
RA is driven by TNF-α and IL-6 — the exact cytokines GLP-1 agonists suppress. Users report reduced joint pain, morning stiffness, and DAS28 scores. Some rheumatologists discuss GLP-1s as adjunct therapy.
🔴 LUPUS (SLE)
Case reports and small studies show reduced flare frequency and improved metabolic markers in SLE patients on semaglutide. Formal trials underway.
🧴 PSORIASIS & PSORIATIC ARTHRITIS
Multiple studies show reduction in PASI skin scores and joint inflammation. Weight loss component also reduces psoriasis severity independently.
🫁 IBD — CROHN'S & ULCERATIVE COLITIS
GLP-1 receptors in the gut reduce intestinal inflammation and improve mucosal healing. Formal IBD trials now recruiting. Very promising area.
💪 POLYMYALGIA RHEUMATICA
PMR requires long-term corticosteroids causing weight gain and metabolic syndrome. GLP-1s offer a dual role: reducing inflammation AND counteracting steroid-induced damage.
🦋 SJÖGREN'S & CONNECTIVE TISSUE
GLP-1's dampening of TNF-α and IL-6 combined with neuroprotective effects makes it a compelling research candidate. Directionally positive data.
🔗 THE OBESITY–AUTOIMMUNE LINK

Fat tissue is an active inflammatory organ — secreting TNF-α, IL-6, leptin, and resistin, all of which worsen autoimmune activity. GLP-1 medications provide a double hit: direct cytokine suppression + fat-loss-driven inflammation reduction.

I stopped waiting and started digging. Fasting insulin. HOMA-IR. Full hormone panels. The results told a completely different story — severe insulin resistance. The answer had been in the labs all along. Nobody had ordered those tests.
💊
METFORMIN — BAD SIDE EFFECTS, THEN GLP RECOMMENDED
The doctor's first move was Metformin. The side effects hit me hard — not the right path for my body. Next: GLP-1 medication. Clinically it made sense. But that opened an entire new chapter of barriers.
🌿
TRIED ALL-NATURAL OPTIONS FIRST
Before pharmaceuticals, I tried every evidence-backed natural option: inositol, d-chiro-inositol, berberine. These genuinely help many people. But for me — with the severity of my numbers — they moved the needle without getting me where I needed to be.
🚫
INSURANCE DENIED. COMPOUNDING TOO EXPENSIVE.
Insurance denied the GLP coverage. Compounding pharmacy existed but the cost was completely out of reach. I had the diagnosis. I had medical reasoning from a licensed physician. And I had zero affordable access to the treatment that had been recommended to me.
I GOT ROBBED IN THE GRAY MARKET
Out of desperation I found my way into the gray market — no community, no guidance, no idea who to trust. I got burned. Money gone. Fake or underdosed product. A painful lesson in why knowledge in this space is not optional — it is your only protection.
🤝
KIND PEOPLE CHANGED EVERYTHING
The right people came into my life — people who knew which vendors were real, which communities were trustworthy, and how to do this safely. They did not have to help me. They just did. That freely given knowledge is what I want to pass forward to every person in the same position I was in.
🦍
WHO I AM
Nutritionist. Personal trainer. Someone who knew macros, programming, and physiology better than most — and still could not figure out why my own body was failing to respond.

I am not a doctor. I am not a scientist. I am a person who was failed by the medical system and decided to stop waiting for an answer that was never coming.
🩸
THE LAB WORK NOBODY ORDERED
Standard physicals were fine. Standard bloodwork was "normal." What nobody ordered:

Fasting insulin · HOMA-IR · Full hormone panel · HbA1c · Thyroid panel (free T3/T4) · Lipid NMR

Those tests revealed severe insulin resistance — the root cause of everything. It had been there for years. Invisible to every doctor because nobody had looked.
⚕️
MY RECOMMENDATION — DOCTOR FIRST, ALWAYS
Get your full blood panel. Ask your doctor directly: am I a good candidate for a GLP medication?

Exhaust every covered option first. If you still end up in the gray market as a last resort — know the risks, tell your doctor what you are taking, and book a follow-up at 3 months. Let them see what is working. That is how you do this responsibly.

WHAT IS VERIFIED PEPTIDE NETWORK
VPN is an educational resource focused on helping people better understand the research peptide market and evaluate laboratory documentation.

COA Verification & Research Education — we teach people how to examine laboratory reports, compare batch and lot numbers, identify questionable or potentially reused COAs, and independently verify laboratory results through the testing laboratory whenever possible.

We also provide educational information about research compounds, laboratory testing, purity versus sterility, analytical limitations, and the difference between research-use products and FDA-approved medications.

Everything is presented for educational and research-information purposes only. Research compounds are not represented as FDA-approved medications or as products intended for human consumption.
💡
WHAT MOST PEOPLE DON'T KNOW
You can have perfect weight, eat clean, and train hard — and still have undiagnosed insulin resistance.

The system is built to treat symptoms and manage chronic disease, not investigate root causes. If you are not getting answers, the solution is better questions and better tests — not giving up.

This site is the resource I wish had existed.
WHY I BUILT
THIS SITE
This is for every person dismissed by their doctor, denied by insurance, priced out of compounding, and left alone in the gray market without a guide.

If you — or your pet gorilla or kangaroo — has made an informed decision to research, I want you to do it with real knowledge, real vendor awareness, and real lab work backing you up.
THIS IS NOT A STORE
No products for sale. No referral codes. No incentives to push you toward any vendor. Just the information, verification tools, and community resources that exist nowhere else in one place.
KNOWLEDGE IS THE ONLY PROTECTION
In the gray market, uninformed decisions cost money and health. Every guide, every cheat sheet, every verified reference on this site exists because I paid that cost so you do not have to.
For research use only · Not medical advice · Not for human consumption · Consult a licensed physician before any protocol · Your kangaroo agrees.

BPC-157 Accelerates Full Tendon & Ligament Healing — Torn Achilles & Knee Ligaments Repaired in Rats
Staresinic M, et al. · J Orthop Res · 2003
Rats with surgically severed Achilles tendons and knee ligaments treated with BPC-157 demonstrated significantly faster and more complete healing. Histological analysis showed superior collagen fiber organization, increased fibroblast activity, and restoration of tensile strength. Complete functional recovery was observed in treated animals within weeks of a tear that would otherwise cause permanent impairment.

BPC-157 Heals Corneal Lesions After Alkali Burn & Penetrating Eye Injury in Rats
Bilic I, et al. · Ophthalmologica · 2005
In rat models where the eye was subjected to alkali burns and penetrating puncture injuries, BPC-157 dramatically accelerated corneal re-epithelialization and vascular healing. Rats recovered near-complete corneal clarity. Controls suffered permanent scarring. BPC-157 promoted angiogenesis and healing in highly sensitive ocular tissue where standard treatments routinely fail.

BPC-157 Regenerates Bone-to-Tendon Junction — MCL & ACL Ligament Healing
Cerovecki T, et al. · J Orthop Res · 2010
BPC-157 administered to rats with completely transected medial collateral and anterior cruciate ligaments showed restoration of the bone-tendon insertion site — a notoriously difficult junction to heal — along with improved tensile strength, reduced fibrosis, and faster range of motion recovery. Mechanism: VEGF-driven vascularization and GH receptor upregulation at the repair site.
PINNED · TUMOR SAFETY · 2017
BPC-157 Injected Directly Into Mouse Tumors Did NOT Promote Tumor Growth — Safety Confirmed
2017 · J Physiol Pharmacol
BPC-157 was injected directly into established tumors in mice. Results: tumor growth rates were not increased — and in several models, tumor markers trended lower in BPC-157 groups. Despite pro-healing and angiogenic effects in normal tissue, BPC-157 did not fuel malignant proliferation. Critical safety signal for research applications.
